Instructor Terms & Agreement

These terms govern the relationship between eriVelle and instructors who teach on the platform.
1. Eligibility
Instructors must be approved by eriVelle after submitting an application. Approval is based on experience, qualifications, and the quality of proposed classes.
2. Class Approval
All classes must be approved by eriVelle before publication. Instructors submit class drafts for review. eriVelle reserves the right to approve, reject, or request changes.
3. Earnings and Commission
Instructors earn revenue from class enrollments. The platform commission is configured by eriVelle and may be updated. Instructors can view their earnings and payout status in their dashboard.
4. Payouts
Payouts are processed according to the platform's payout schedule. Payout timing and methods are determined by eriVelle and may be updated.
5. Instructor Responsibilities
Instructors must deliver classes as described, be on time, maintain professional conduct, and respond to learner communications in a reasonable timeframe.
6. Meeting Link Security
Instructors must not share meeting links publicly. Links are managed through the platform and only available to enrolled learners.
7. Content Ownership
Instructors retain ownership of their class content. By publishing on eriVelle, instructors grant the platform a license to display and promote their classes.
8. Suspension and Termination
eriVelle may suspend or terminate instructor accounts for violations of these terms, platform policies, or community guidelines.
9. Independent Contractor
Instructors are independent contractors, not employees of eriVelle or Daily Stride LLC. Instructors are responsible for their own tax obligations.
