1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using eriVelle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

eriVelle is a live online learning marketplace that connects learners with instructors for interactive classes. We provide the platform for booking, payment, and class access.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to book classes or teach. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform.

4. Learner Responsibilities

Learners agree to attend classes they have enrolled in, respect instructors and classmates, and not share meeting links or class content with unauthorized individuals.

5. Instructor Responsibilities

Instructors agree to deliver classes as described, maintain professional conduct, and not share meeting links publicly. Instructors are subject to approval and ongoing compliance with platform policies.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Enrollment is confirmed only after payment verification. Prices are displayed in the currency selected by the platform.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are specified on each class page. Please review the policy before booking. Platform-wide refund policies are available in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on eriVelle, including logos, text, and design, is owned by Daily Stride LLC or its licensors. Class content remains the property of the respective instructors.

9. Limitation of Liability

eriVelle and Daily Stride LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the class in question.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
